Haiku is a revered form of poetry that originated in Japan. Over the years, the traditional haiku form, which evokes emotions largely through descriptions of scenes from nature, has been adapted to other languages. This site features original haiku in English by Kevin, an amateur haiku poet. He sometimes uses unconventional haiku styles, while attempting to maintain the traditional spirit of this timeless poetic form.

Hi SafeT -- a wonderful observation about the speeds of winter, and yet another evocative, wintry composition. You continue to be inspiring! Thanks
Kevin
